Theresa Smith-Wiggins - Rowland Elementary
Loyal, dedicated, loves serving others, and makes life easy for everyone are only a few attributes that describes Rowland Elementary's Academic Coach Theresa Smith-Wiggins. Ms. Wiggins has been serving Rowland for 23 years, her value is immeasurable. Congratulations Ms. Wiggins for being selected as March's Educator of the Month.
