Groups or Individual Lessons:

Mondays

• Session 1: 6:00pm - 7:00pm

• Session 2: 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Wednesdays

• Session1: 6:00pm -7: 00pm

• Session 2: 7:30pm - 8:30pm

Location: Newbirth/Samson Health and Fitness Center

Tuesdays:

• Session:  8:00am-9:00am

Fridays:

• Session: 8:00am-9:00am

Saturdays

• Session1: 8:00am-9:00am

• Session 2: 9:00am - 10:00am

 

Lessons provided:

• Private.Group Sessions

• Coaching Sessions (game play)

• Team Building Activities
